Ninja Trials. Shurikens Training

The game is called Ninja Trials! Of course the previous song was also for that game but now we have permission to talk about it.

So It’s about chibi ninjas that have to pass their Trials to become real Ninjas. The different tests are very funny and entertaining and it’s a lot of fun to compose music for a Ninja game!

Here a picture:

The previous song was about jumping from wall to wall in a building pressing the buttons in a rhytmical way and this one is to throw shurikens in a way that I’m still not sure. We will see when the game is out!

The song is just a preview. But for now it has three parts. The main instrument is a strange synthesizer that has a lot of frequencies all around, then the bass does misterious chords, and a japanese flutes completes the ambientation. The drums are pretty simple, just a rhythm keeper.

In the second part another instruments comes. It sounds like the stars are doing “cling cling cling”, it goes well with the idea that shurikens are “Ninja Stars”, and this ninja stars move in a epic melody.

The third part we only listen a little bit of it (because its a preview) the ninja stars do a few notes here and there, that sound very asiatic and the japanese flute fills the scene. We will see more of this in the future when the game comes out! Prepare yourself for the Ninja Trials!
