City Ruins

Hallo!

This song I composed for piano alone thinking in the city ruins of a game we have to do. It came very easily and with nice structure and melody, everything just happened naturally.

Later I took sam and I said to him if we could orchestrate it a little bit. First he proposed to do some violins and he did the chord progression with outstanding speed. Then we decided it was time to train our new acquired skills in violin motion. We gave expression to each note of the violins so I hope you enjoy it!

Then because its a minimalistic song, we included a little vibraphone and we did a second melody to go with it. Sometimes it just doesn’t sound, to give space, but I think the result is quite interesting.
